A year has passed since we met to discuss what was then the project for the Labor Reform in Mexico, a reform that has already materialized in a new Law that includes major changes deriving, to large extent, from the new United States – Mexico – Canada Agreement, USMCA and, therefore, our international team of lawyers will make a detailed analysis of the scope of this new legislation.
